1. Product Forms of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy
Titanium plate and sheet: Including cold‑rolled sheet, hot‑rolled plate, and clad plate, widely used in aircraft structures, chemical equipment, and medical devices.
Titanium bar and rod: Round bar, square bar, and forged billet for machining shafts, fasteners, valves, and mechanical parts.
Titanium tube: Seamless tube and welded tube for heat exchangers, oil/gas exploration, and fluid delivery systems.
Titanium wire: Used for welding wire, fasteners, springs, and medical implants.
Other forms: Forgings, extrusions, strips, foils, and precision castings, all commonly produced in Grade 5.

Round bar: Weight (kg/m)=Diameter (mm)² × 0.003542 (simplified: diameter² × 0.0035)
Seamless tube: Weight (kg/m)=(Outer diameter − Wall thickness) × Wall thickness (mm) × 0.0141
